April and her team helped us find our home in Meridian, Idaho and they were all very wonderful to work with. They took into account our needs and worked with us to find that perfect home! We are very picky buyers and April's team was very patient with us. They did all the background work for us, that way paperwork is the last thing on our mind during the home hunting process. It has been a pleasure working with them!

It went very well and very fast. April obviously had it priced perfectly. She knows her business and how to run it efficiently. It was amazing. Her assistant, Arleen, was so up to speed every step of the way. She guided me thru all the steps I had to take to get to the closing. Can't say enough good things about the two of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

It could not have gone any better as far as service I got from April. The only pit falls along the way were some issues that were caused by my place being an older place. She helped with that too as she set me up with a contractor that I enjoyed working with and who put in long hours and stayed with the job until it was done. I had never sold a house before so having experienced, professional help was important to me. My home was in the lower price range for the valley but I never had the feeling it wasn't important to April and her team because of that. And that brings up another point. April has a team. Her assistant Arlene was a huge help throughout the whole process. She was always available to answer questions I might have and was a big part in making everything happen. I am very grateful for all the help I had throughout it all. If I decide to buy or sell again, I will call April Florczyk.

We just LOVE April and her fabulous team!  They have been great to work with. Our home sale process went smoothly! If there were any hiccups we didn't hear about them.  Moving a family is stressful enough, let alone orchestrating all the details.   All my friends and family are referred directly to her with any real estate needs.
