Kevin arrived when he said that he would. Explained to him that when we'd moved in and had all of the locks changed, we'd missed one inside the garage. He offered a couple of ideas and we went with a replacement of the knob entirely as the interior "room" is storage for building material only (e.g. paint, tile). The job was done in about 10-minutes. After paying him, I asked for his professional opinion as to fixing the strike plate in the front door jam as the deadbolt was sticking. He asked me to wait a minute, went to his truck and returned with a drill and Dremel-type file bit. After about a minute of filing the strike plate, the problem was resolved. Now the deadbolt slides in without any resistance! Oh, and he didn't charge me!

The gentleman who did the repair was on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. A new part was installed quickly and the price was very reasonable. Our door works like new.

They stated they would be out in the afternoon. They called to give a 15 minute window which was perfect. I needed to run errands. I inadvertently misstated the amount of work which was doubled. Keven handled it professionally with language and body language. He also did a little repair on one of our doors. I thought the price was fair and I would use again.

I have used Anytime on several occasions and they are always punctual.  Price is a bit high, but the work is done well and as expected, so it's worth it.  The lock techs could smile more often, but are amicable.  I would use these folks again, so use them with confidence!

Anytime answered the phone promptly, gave me an accurate quote over the phone for the mobile repair service.  Dan Berger was very professional.  He called when he was twenty minutes away, arrived promptly, replaced the front door knob and keyed it to our existing keys.  Anytime is very fast, efficient and affordable.

I initially entered my request into e-mail and did not receive a call right away.  I called them and they stated that they may be able to work me in that same afternoon.   They were unable to make it out that afternoon but said they would come on Saturday for sure and give me a call prior to their arrival.   James called me about 20 minutes ahead of time and completed all of the requested work in a professional and quality manor.   He had a friendly personality and made sure to let me know that the work was under warranty and to call them back, if I have any issues with the locks in the future.

Lost keys on y 2011 dodge charge. Was a bit spendy but anytime was able to come out and get me a new key done with the chip. Wasn't the best of situations but they did help alot.
