I called because of a neighbor's recommendation. He was extremely friendly on the phone. This was NOT an emergency but he did come the same day of the call. I did not know what was needed and it was not explained to me. He just jumped in and did the job. It could be my fault, but I felt as if I was being take advantage of because I was a woman and I did not know what was involved. If he had explained what had to happen and the cost, I would have not used his services. As it was, I smiled, and paid the man, and chocked it up to a very expensive learning experience.

Pete, the owner, came out at the appointed time to give the estimate. We set a date and time to complete the work. Everett arrived on time to begin the project. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He told us that we didn't need new faucets, just new cartridges, so this saved us money. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
