Bob, the sales rep at the store, was very helpful. He took his time to both answer my questions about my lighting needs, as well as ask several good, insightful questions about my home, what I wanted to accomplish, and how the rest of the lights around the perimeter looked (design, placement, etc). Compared to two other lighting store contractors. All About Lights and Bob were superb and really met the need. Bob also walked me through replacement steps so I could do the job myself and avoid expensive (and it turned out - unnecessary) installation costs.
