It was excellent. They were very reasonably priced and came very quickly.

Technician arrived on time. We thought we may have to change out the lock altogether, but he took it apart, made some adjustments, and it all worked fine, saving us over $100 in new parts!

It went great! He was fast and efficient. It was snowing when he arrived and he was very good about taking off his shoes when he was in the house.

Brandon arrived within 30 minutes of our call. It took him about five minutes or so to fix the lock. He also adjusted our front door lock at no charge. Brandon is a skillful locksmith and a very nice guy!!

They show right up and their fees are reasonable. I had called them to the house yesterday they came right over and he actually didn't need to do anything because we had a second lock on that we hasn't realized so the lock was not really broken, but he didn't charge me for the visit. He was there like for five minutes and he said no, no charge and just left.

I used Aand B Lock and Key to set up 3 spare transponder auto keys for a 2005 Mazda3, which requires the internal chip to be programmed with the car manufacturer. I had checked with the local dealer and their price was $65 per key plus $95 to do the programming (for any number of keys). Aand B charged only $65 per key and that included the programming. It took a couple of weeks for Aand B to get the keys from their supplier, but once they had them in stock, Laura called me to set up an appointment convenient to me and it took Brandon about 30 minutes to cut and program the 3 keys I needed. I would recommend them to friends, family and others.

I have to say that the service was fantastic. Our front door was a different brand than the other two doors so they came back the next day with a new insert for the front door so that they could all be keyed the same. I don't recall the charge but I remembered thinking that it was way lower than what I expected given the time spent and the need for two service calls. I highly recommend this company.

On time, curteous, knowledgable, problem solvers, family-owned, in business in this community for a long time. Would not use anyone else. Called and got an appointment for the same day. They are available 24-7. I trust them.

We got the name of this lock and key company from Angie's List. We selected it because of its rating and because it was the closest to us of the many "A" rated lock and key companies. When we called, the person who made the appointment also checked to see what kind of locks we had and how many doors. When we counted, we missed two doors into the garage. After the first visit, we changed the garage door locks to match those in the rest of the house and called the service person back to key these doors. Due to our inattention, we had to pay a second Mobile Service Fee. However, all the keys work smoothly. Both visits were right on time. (This was important to us since we were not actually living in the house yet and had to make a special effort to be present at the time of the appointment.) The work was done quickly and expertly. The service person had all the necessary tools and parts. He gave us friendly information regarding the security of the doors and locks that we appreciated. He was both friendly and professional. We would use this company again.

The locksmith was able to visit the site on the same day I made the call. He was fast and charged exactly what was quoted over the phone.

Was quite impressed with their work. Originally spoke with my mechanic but would have to have truck towed to shop first. Did not want to pay towing fee, suggested calling a lock smith. When describing problem to A&B Lock & Key, original thought was that the tumblers or plate in the switch were bad and would need to pull the switch and replace parts. Set up appointment to meet them at the truck later that morning. I arrived about 10 min before scheduled time, but they were already there as they had gotten done early with their prior job and had already diagnosed and corrected the problem. As it turns out, both sets of keys to the truck were simply just too worn and that cutting a new set of keys to factory specs was all that was needed. While in retrospect this was an expensive way to have a new key made, the problem did not originally present itself that way as the extra key did not appear to be in that bad of shape. Bottom line: I was quite happy with the way it turned out and would use these folks again.
