They showed up somewhat later than promised. I had 3 locks that I needed addressed. They were able to fully replace a lock that did not work. They unlocked another lock that I had lost the key to, but they could not make a new key or replace that particular lock. Lastly I had a safe that needed a new lock, they could not replace the lock but they did refer me the manufacturer of the safe to try and get the specialized lock. They were courteous and apologized for their lateness.

I was called within minutes of submitting my request to Home Advisor, and Alex was at our building within an hour. He installed a deadbolt lock to secure our church's storage building very quickly and for the price quoted. This is the second time we have used this company. We are very happy with their service.
