Finding 208.properties was one of the greatest finds I think I have ever made. I can’t actually take personal credit for finding them. They were recommended to me by a friend. And since I’ve known them I have recommend them to others. They’re honest, transparent, hardworking, knowledgeable, and savvy about the real estate market in the Boise area. In fact they found an additional property for me to purchase and are helping me increase my portfolio. They have been the easiest property managers I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them highly enough to someone who is either looking to rent out a property or is looking to rent property. Everyone on their team is friendly and eager to help. And the big plus is, there are just a lot of fun to be around.
