Jerry and Lori were so helpful from start to finish, including showing us all our flooring options and giving us the pros and cons of each. It helped make our decision easier, even though we were stressed about going to laminate - but our large dogs had ruined our wood floors.
The workers were always on time, very polite and hard working, and Jerry watched them carefully each day to be sure the work was going to his specifications, which are very detailed and thorough. The floors were done in the exact amount of time they said it would take, and they look stunning. Who knew that laminate could look this amazing? We are so pleased with the trim and the way they styled the transitions into rooms that had different flooring.
It was also very nice to have 1st Choice work closely with our plumber, so that when we had little hiccups, Jerry made sure things were taken care of until all was as it was supposed to be. He also personally made sure that the finished product was mopped without streaking, and taught us how to take care of it.
1st Choice is so professional and the quality of their work is so high that we have already scheduled phase 4 of our remodel with them, and will return to them again for phase 5. We would recommend them to anyone - they are very trustworthy and give the highest level of personal service.

Jerry and Lori and Russell are very professional, beginning at their store which has lots of samples for great ideas. They explained everything very carefully to us so that we knew what we were in for with this big of a job. They also gave us the pros and cons very honestly for each product. We appreciated their willingness to find the best prices for us, and their resources in shopping around for products that fit just what we wanted. We also appreciated the updates to what was happening and how things were going - meant so much to us to have all of our questions answered. Until now, we have never known contractors who showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. 1st Choice stayed on schedule and when issues arose, they monitored workers and schedules very well. The work they did was flawless, especially the countertops and tile, and they are stunning. They are still helping us with ideas, and we are planning another phase of work which will no doubt involve their services again. We would not hesitate to recommend 1st Choice!

We were moving our laundry room and making a mud room in the old laundry room. We called, talked to them and they came out to review the request, take measurements and help us with the design and layout. We went down to the showroom and were shown a large varieity of cabinets, finishes, and styles as well as counter tops and sinks. Once our choices were made they completed the quote and got back to us within the week. We settled on the installtion dates, and when personal problems arose, they were very co-operative in changing the dates and doing the work on our schedule. They were always ontime, worked effectively and were very professional. They never left a mess and were respectful of us while they were working. Since we were doing some of the work ourselves, all new trim and baseboard, we were given tips to help make our work easier. Jerry and his son Russell were very polite and kind and it was fun to have them doing this work for us. Lori, Jerry's wife works in the showroom and was always there to help me with descions and give me input on what might work best.
The entire experieince working with 1st Choice Cabinetry was great and we are planning to use them again on another project in our home.
