They went out twice to steam clean carpet for my mom's vacant home
because of dog smell, Which they did not get accomplished.When we called
them up because of the results we just asked for half were moneyback
and they were jerks on the phone refused to pay us. For the services

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CLEANED CARPET IN EACH ROOM AND YES I DO HAVE CARPET IN THE KITCHEN, THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE BUT THEY TOOK A LITTLE LONGER ON ANOTHER JOB THAT THEY HAD. THEY DID CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE GOING TO BE A LITTLE LATE, WHICH I APPRICATED. SOME PEOPLE WILL NOT EVEN CALL. WHEN THEY GOT TO MY HOUSE THEY APPOLOGIZED FOR BEING LATE AND STARTED TO WORK. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
