Blaise came out the same day we called. He decided that the problem was the garage circuit breaker being a ground fault variety was the likely cause. He added a new 120 volt outlet on another circuit for the sprinkler. This seemed to fix the problem. My son later the next year reported the problem was occurring again. Blaise came out again and added another 120 volt outlet that was connected to the kitchen circuit breaker. He also noted that the exterior outlet cover was old and not sealing well and suggested we replace it. Based on his suggestion I replaced the outdoor outlet cover and this fixed the problem. It seems that when the sprinkler system would turn on it would trip the breaker connected to the outdoor outlet. While it took two visits, each ~70 dollars, the problem was solved. Blaise discussed the problem with me each time intelligently and patiently, these problems are sometimes not solved easily.

I liked the work quite a bit. In fact I had used him once before, he re-wired a kitchen for us. Because I was happy with that, I called him for this other job. For both of these jobs, he was willing to help me describe them, gave me an estimate over the phone and stayed within that estimate. It was cheaper than anybody else was. The electrician stuff kind of job costed me $30,000 for the kitchen remodel. However, to put in the wire in a heat pump and a 220 volts outlet in the garage, with him supplying the materials, I think I paid around $500, which was about, half of what the other electrician I called quoted. He was very responsive. In terms of quality, I could not find anything to fault about it. In terms of responsiveness, he came immediately. I certainly would use his services again in the future.
