Our dryer stopped working over the weekend. Monday we called Dave and asked when he could get to us to check out the problem. He asked for the model number and information on the dryer and said he would get back to us in a few days. The next day he called and said he could come out that afternoon if that would work. The dryer was repaired within 24 hours of the first call to him. Several Months ago we had a similar experience with the Ice Maker on our refrigerator. Very timely and professional service.
