My dog is always happy to get there, and loves all the technicians. They have always taken such great care of him! I think it says a lot about the place and the people, considering one of his past stays there....
He was hit by a car almost two years ago, and Drs Rex and Luke Gillespie both treated him. They were are regular veterinarians before that as well. I was home recovering from a C-section when he got hit in front of our house. When I called in a panic, knowing at least one leg was broken, Ruthie (technician) came out in HER OWN CAR and picked up my poor dog and rushed him in to the clinic, because I couldn't pick him up and bring him in! He spent two weeks in the hospital two hip surgeries and various lacerations, and 12 weeks with pins in one leg. They took the best care of him, and he recovered better than I imagined he could, considering the extent of the injuries. Both Drs are great at explaining your options and the injuries in plain language, which is helpful when you are upset and dealing with unhappy options.
FYI, my dog with two badly injured legs now goes for 3-4 mile runs with me again, and is an important member of our family! Thanks for saving him Cottonwood!

We've taken our 2 labs (1 senior) and boxer-pit bull here the past 2 years. The vets are brothers and both are very capable. Our senior dog has needed arthritis care. One vet tech followed this dog around outside for 10 minutes trying to catch a urine sample in a container on a long pole. Other clinics don't seem to take the time to do it this way. The doctor was able to tell us it is not hip dysplasia which is good. He also recommended rimadyl and a glucosamine-chondritin-MSM joint care product which he knew had been researched rather than word of mouth info. The meds through this clinic were somewhat expensive but the vet was more than willing to give us a prescription through an online service. We definitely will continue using them for our dogs and will get our 2 cats there as soon as I can records from our former clinic. All staff are pleasant and professional and wait time was minimal.
