I called him on Friday afternoon and he was here on Saturday morning. Clear explanations of what he was doing and why. Very positive and upbeat. And his work cost 1/4 of what HA wanted to charge me. Four days sooner than HA scheduled, better price, what's not to like?

I had to wait a couple of days for them to make an appointment but when my turn came, they changed the time from the original appointment time, making me change my plans a little. A slight inconvenience but other than that, they were professional and did wear booties for the interior work and did a good job overall. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
