Work was performed in a timely manner. Workmanship was good quality. The only concern I had was their inability to follow through with financial arrangements as agreed. When I took the car in on Monday, I verified that they take credit cards and that I would be able to pay my deductible on Discover Card when I picked up the car. On Friday, 1 hour before I was supposed to pick up the car, I got a call from the owner, stating that I would not be able to pay by credit card and would have to bring cash. I reminded him that I had already discussed paying with a credit card and had been told I could pay that way. It appears that due to mismanagement, the credit card companies were not allowing them to use the card system. Needless to say, I was not happy at having to come up with a cash deposit at the last minute due to their administrative issues just so I could get my car out of hock. Since they did a good job on fixing the car I might consider using them again, but don't trust the fact that it say that they accept credit cards and be prepared with cash. I don't know if they have fixed their credit issues or not by now, just be aware.

First impression was not so good. The office is filthy. They still display calendars from 2011. I was greeted and asked to sit down and then promptly ignored as a Progressive Insurance Agent came through the door and butted into the conversation I was already having. I was then ushered over to another desk and had to start the process all over again. The second person I talked to was quite nice and despite his surroundings tried to be as professional as he could possibly be in the circumstances. The first person I talked to then departed with the Progressive agent and proceeded to engage in a very loud personal phone call. I felt as though I was sitting in the middle of a 'good old boys club' and wanted no part of it. If they can keep their office clean and have no professional mannerisms concerning potential clients then they can just continue to repair their 'good old boys' trucks. I will not be back and will not recommend them to any of my friends.

It went really good I had them look at it and the next day they took it into their shop and had it done in two days. They had to take out one big dent and a big scratch and repaint half the truck box.

I was with my granddaughter on our way home. She saw a car coming at a fast speed. She said the car is not going to stop at the stop sign, l swerved to miss her but still hit her rear fender. She was going so fast that she did a complete 360 and stopped a half a block away. Witnesses stopped to see if we were hurt. Someone called the police. I called my husband and he was right there. He called Bowers. By the time the police arrived and did their reports Bowers were there to move the vehicle and 4 days later I had my car back looking just like it did before.
