 + -1 morethe service was quick; within 20 hours of making a call to Stro's. After inspecting the breakers and going upstairs to the office Gregg quickly found the problem and after patient instruction to me it was resolved. Next came the family room ceiling fan/light. Gregg found the adjustments that needed to be made. Again operator error. And again , the second time,Gregg showed me what needed to be done. I was never made to feel stupid and Gregg happily showed me what I needed to do. Praise the Lord for companies like Stro's and electricians like Gregg.
Description of Work: i contacted Kirk Stroschein on 5/13/2015, and explained that my upstairs office was without power and that there was also a problem with a ceiling fan/light in the family room. That the light worked and the fan worked, but never at the same time. The morning of 5/14/2015, Kirk's employee,Gregg, arrived early, as promised. I explained the problems and Gregg immediately began resolving them. Both problems were located and within an hour they were resolved. Imagine how red my face was when both problems were created by operator error. Never the less, Gregg patiently showed me what was wrong and showed me what I was doing wrong. He instructed me the right way to operate every thing. He never made me feel stupid and now all is well.
