Chuck finishes his projects. I would give him a 100%. He does everything perfectly and there is never a mess. My mother had had a contractor redo the bathroom. The guy left without putting a light above the medicine cabinet. He didn’t cock anything, and he didn’t finish his nails. He cleaned up his mess, but he didn’t finish anything. Chuck came in and he not only re-did the cupboard that the other guy was supposed to do and didn’t, but he finished it off. He put new doors on it, cocked it, and finished the stuff that the other guy did not do. He also put in closet doors. They didn’t have knobs for the doors. He had some at home that he brought in and showed. They liked it and he put them on the doors. He finished them and he painted them. He cleaned up his mess. He went above and beyond. Chuck is a really good man and he is extremely reliable. The one thing we like most about him is that when you call him and leave him a message, he gets directly back to you. We don’t have to wait for ever. He is very punctual at calling back.
