It went very well, they arrived when they were supposed to and the work was completed as scheduled.

They did a good job. They quoted a price, and that is what we paid.

The Roof One representative Jeff Simmerman came to our home and inspected the roof and carefully measured and drew a diagram of the area. He then sat down with us and explained his findings that he did find significant wind and hail damage over a broad area of our roof. We then discussed our various options with all of the estimated costs with a best and worst case senario taken into consideration. Jeff gave us all of the information we needed to relay to our insurance agent. Our insurance carrier sent an adjuster out to the house and while Jeff was not able be here due to a medical procedure another representative of Roof One was here and marked the roof prior to the adjuster arriving and then presented the adjuster with the estimate and diagrams. The adjuster spent about thirty minutes going over the roof inspecting it and confirming the measurements and examining the marked areas. Upon completion of his examination he said he concurred completely with Jeff's finding that there was indeed significant damage and agreed on the spot to accept the the numbers as a reasonable estimate of the actual damages. The work was scheduled materials delivered and the work crew arrived within a few days. The workers were friendly, courteous, and efficient and were done with the tear off of the old shingles and installation of the new ones after just about 12 hours in spite of some very hot July weather. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement!
