After several weeks they came out and leveled my driveway and then a few weeks after that filled in the cracks left over with driveway caulk material. All good at that point, so I sent them a check. About a month or two after that, the leveling failed and now I have about a one inch difference between the upper and lower pieces of concrete. They guarantee their work for 3 years. Tried calling the employee with whom I contracted several times as well as the main number over a dozen times. I've never even gotten a call back. Stay away from this company - they are toxic.

The plates went fine, but they had no clue how to properly install an egress window and were never going to even apply for a city permit! Also had no idea what city codes were or even how to install a proper sill plate or header. Not to mention the collateral damage to my wife's flower beds she has worked years to perfect. And they sent one guy by himself with a shovel to dig the well by himself on a 98 degree day! He was not happy and we are definitely not either! Wow! The city said there has to be a permit and inspection!
   Also they called and wanted to come one day before we had scheduled, then called the morning of and said they couldn't make it that day, so I left home but they called at noon and wondered if they were at the right house?? I went home to let them in!

Grip-tite was very punctual and finished the job very promptly and thoroughly. You couldn't tell they had been there on the outside where they had to remove sod and dig. They offered a much more affordable solution to my wall problem than a competitor, who wanted me to replace walls and build a new foundation for 16K! The anchors are doing the job just fine.
