They did an excellent job from start to finish. They worked with us to get just the right color and paint. The paint crew was throrough and proficient. Meticulous work. Done on schedule. We had high expectations, and were not disappointed.

The two-member crew treated our project as if it were their own. Preparation required some extra steps on the building's north side. Very conscientious, tidy and efficient workers, completing the work in two days, The company let us know their schedule and followed it. You'll find lower cost estimates but no better results.

Our experience with Peterson was extremely positive.  The crew prepped and painted the house exterior.  We are very pleased with the quality of work.  Communication from both Cary and the crew was excellent.  The original quote up to the actual invoice was spot on.  The attentive and detailed communication from the office was much appreciated.  We definitely plan to use this company for future painting projects inside our home.

I've painted houses and hired people to paint my houses. This was by far the simplest process. This is not the contractor to hire if you want a budget job. I don't think Mr. Peterson minds me saying that. This is the contractor to hire if you want it done perfectly. I saw no paint splashes, no overspray, the paint was applied correctly and hid the previous colors (some lighter, some darker). Just no worries.

Great service and final product.  Would use them again, and am happy with their service.  Punctual, great attention to detail, and did on estimate.

Hired Cary and his team to repaint entire inside of house- ceilings, trim, doors and walls. Cary was extremely professional- took his time looking at all pieces of our house and understanding our needs. He was quick to respond and very thorough in his explanations. His crew was friendly, professional and picked up after themselves. They were here for 8 days! A job this size... that was quick. Will be hiring them again for more work in the future!!!  We also through a curve ball to add on some cabinets we wanted painted- Cary quickly got back to us with an estimate and worked those into the schedule.  His prices are competitive yet fair and for the quality- you cant find anything better! We could tell that Peterson painting is not just a 'job' to him, but something he cares deeply about. that was exactly what we were looking for!

I had used Peterson Painting to do the exterior of my home and they did an excellent job.  The guys were punctual, friendly and worked hard. So when I wanted to have my kitchen cabinets painted, I automatically called them. Peterson did an excellent job painting my outdated maple kitchen cabinets. They look amazing and the work was high-quality. Again, the guys were punctual, friendly, and worked hard. I can't imagine using anyone else for my painting needs.
Painted 4 lowers, 7 uppers and a pantry cabinet. Removed and replaced cabinet hardware and hinges. Sanded and painted cabinet exteriors. Painted the interior of one glass-front cabinet.
Their free design service was great to help me finalize my color selection.

Peterson painting was extremely professional, punctual and honest. We had a bad experience before with another paint company so I was skeptical of anyone. They were fantastic! Cary was very professional and easy to get ahold of. We used their interior design contact to help us pick out a color and she was absolutely wonderful. It was such a great experience we asked them back to do some interior work a couple months later. I was equally as pleased. They are quick( but not so quick they hurried through), pay attention to detail and were priced great for the work they did. I will use them again.

The kept me informed of the start date and progress/plans during the project. They cleaned up the job site each night.  The were courteous and responsive to any questions I had.

Mine was a small project for them so I agreed that they could squeeze me in whenever it worked for them.  As it turned out, they got me into the schedule really quickly.  It's an old garage that has been allowed to peel badly in the past, and I didn't ask that it be scraped to bare wood, but they did a great job.  They came out and scraped on one day and then came back about a week later to paint.  When they finished, I found some areas where it seemed they had not scraped well enough and the paint was already starting to pop, ready to peel.  The owner, Cary Peterson, came out to look at it and agreed that a few places needed further scraping.  A couple of days later, someone came out and took care of it.
They warranty the work for two years and Cary encouraged me to make a note to myself to contact them before the warranty ends so they can come out and fix anything that's starting to peel or wear.  This has been a really great experience, and I would absolutely recommend this company.

The folks at Peterson did any excellent job of painting our rental property.  They were timely with their quote (met with them on a Friday and had the quote on Monday) and were equally timely on getting started on the work (we agreed to the terms on January 20th and they started work on the 27th).  This year they were running a 15% off special for work done in January - so I appreciated that extra discount.  They kept me well informed on when they would be arriving each day and when they would leave.  The work was top quality - I would definitely use them again.

They responded promptly to my initial call for a quote and were always on time for the designated job.  All jobs were done meticulously.  In addition, the actual painting techniques were such that the rails and doors looked as if they were actually brand new from the factory.  We will definitely use them for our future painting needs.

They were a very good company. They were prompt. They were very clean; like they cleaned up all their mess. Cary, the owner, actually came out and we had a minor disagreement at the end of our finalized bill and he took care of us. He scored it up and fixed it. So, I feel that they are very reliable and trustworthy. I would use them in a heartbeat again. I just think that they are a really good company. I was a little skeptical because it was my first time ever using a painter like that, but they did a wonderful job. I did four bids and they were not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive either. We picked them because they not only did the painting of our house, but they were able to replace some bad siding. All the other companies wanted to contract the siding out like hiring another company to come in. Peterson Painting did it all in-home so we paid a little bit extra money to have that convenience that we did not have to have two different contractors to hire.

He did excellent work on the double-sash wide window sill.  It matches the rest of the window frame perfectly.  He refinished the sill over 4 daily trips.  1st, to sand and prepare.  2nd, to stain, 3rd to put on 1st coat of urethane sealer, and last day to put on second coat of sealer.   He was always on time.  He was cheerful and efficient with his time.  And, he cleaned his work area each day.  

The two painters who did the work were very professional, on-time, and finished the job quickly. We worked with Chris Peterson mostly on the phone, and he was very professional and responded in a timely manner. He also helped us choose a paint color. We love it. There is still some warranty time left on our paint job for touch-ups and Chris called to make sure we knew that and were happy. Great experience.

Very professional team of painters (Kevin and Todd).  When we found out how good they were with redoing the texture of things we added to the project to make things look brand new.  Peterson has great ideas about colors and types of paint to use in each situation.  The project was completed on time.

The scope of this project required the painting contractor to preform numerous repairs on the exterior plywood siding before it could be primed and painted.  Bird damage in the wooded setting was extensive.  Because this home is not a conventional ranch or two-story structure, some of the work had to be performed at heights exceeding 40 feet above the ground.  Because of the unusual architecture of the A-Frame home, the extended roof overhangs provided additional challenges because they are not readily accessible and are somewhat dangerous to get to.
Our experience with Cary Peterson and his staff was very satisfying because he understood our needs and expectations and responded with product knowledge and professionalism every step of the way.  When we had questions, Cary or Ashley were there to respond.  When we made changes or additons, we got what we wanted.  What more can you ask of a painting contractor?
The final product is a very well protected wooden exterior that will weather the elements for many years into the furure.  It also looks great with a carefully selected color scheme.
