Good. They didn’t have any issues.

We used City Wide to replace our Water Heater, Furnace, and Central Air (all within 6 months, ugh.) For the Central Air, replacement was prompt, only a few days after calling. Service was done within the day. Workers cleaned up most of the mess (with a little residual stuff for us to clean) and were cordial. Unfortunately the air conditioner froze up that evening. A worker was sent the next day to fix the issue. The prices are competitive for the area, the products have good reviews, and the warranties are good.

They had very good price and they did very good work. We are really pleased with it. It took them a couple of days to put in the air conditioner and furnace.

We like City Wide Heating. It is a local business. Their work is very professional. It was exactly what we wanted. It has been excellent. There were absolutely no problems. Everything was done correctly and they solved our problem. They left the work area very clean. They just came as I expected. Some guy spent around an hour. It was a block in the water line and he fixed that.

'A' is excellent and I didn't feel that everything was absolutely perfect. It definitely wasn't bad, it was good, but it wasn't the very best.

I called City Wide because my furnace had stopped working the night before and the house was getting a bit chilly. I called them at 8:18AM to see if they could come out the same day. I was told they should be able to fit me in, most likely between 9-12 and that the technician would call me about 30minutes before arriving.13 minutes later the technician called and was at my house shortly thereafter. Even with him having to go out to track down the needed part (furnace motor needed to be replaced) I'd say the heat was up and running barely 2 hours after my initial call. Granted, I was lucky this happened during a relatively warm (for the time of year) stretch of weather, but I definitely appreciated the quick response time and service.

The job was completed in the timeframe stated by City Wide.
The new water heater appears to be operating at a higher efficiency than the old one.
I was not pleased that I needed to finish cleaning up the rusty dust left on the cement floor.
I was not home when the contrator replaced the water heater.  My wife and kids were.
When I got home to inspect the work, I was taken aback by the 6' x 10' area of rusty damp cement floor that surrounded the new water heater and my wet towels that were on the floor.
Upon removal of the old water heater a lot of rusty  water was spilled/leaked onto the cement floor.  This happens, I understand that.  However, the contractor needed to use some of our old towels to mop up the water.  I used a fan and dehumidifier to help dry the floor.  After it was dry I needed to wash the floor several times to remove the rusty dust that the water left behind.  I was not happy.
Other than that...good work.

I spent $300. I've had the igniter in the furnace replaced multiple times. I like their responsiveness. It's easy to get them out on odd hours of odd days. I've had them out on New Years Eve, weekends and nights. They're prompt to reply.
