A Perfect Finish Drywall & Construction

Called for an estimate on finishing the basement. I never got a return call.

My husband and I have talked for years about re-doing our basement. We called several remodelers and we kept getting the same run around and being stood up. We had gotten Jerry Downing's business, A Perfect Finish Drywall and Construction from a neighbor who he'd done some work for them. We called Jerry and he came out the next day to look at our project. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that, as a woman I could understand, since I'd be the one who'd be home most of the time when he'd come over to work. He was very nice, easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor. He took our basement from an average looking basement to an extraordinary place that we love to use and entertain guests. He was very clean through the construction process, I mean we all know it can get a little messy when you start breaking things apart and he warned us that there would be some dust but he hung plastic to help with it.

I found a perfect finish drywall and construction off of qwestdex.com. I called Jerry for a free estimate and he came out to our home the next day. We told him everything we wanted done, he wrote everything down and told us he would have an estimate to us by the next day. He called us later that night with the estimate, and went through every detail of our basement remodel with us. The estimate included all the materials which i really liked. The basement remodel was a big decision but we both felt very comfortable going through with a perfect finish construction. They started 1 week later and him and his crew were very like- able and easy to trust. We got to pick out everything we wanted for the job and they did the work. The project took about 3 weeks and Jerry was very forward and honest about the whole process. The crew worked very hard, and I was surprised at how quick it all came together. We were very pleased with the job and we love our new basement.
