It went wonderfully. Rob and his wife came. They did a wonderful job, were professional, friendly, and everything was beautifully done!

Our carpets were long over due for a cleaning. I called Rug Boyz and was honestly shocked that they had an opening the very next day. I asked if I had to be present, or if I was able to just let the cleaners in, and come back upon completion. They said whatever I felt comfortable with. The 2 gentlemen were suppose to be at my home at noon, and what do you know, they were even early. I let them in, showed them which rooms I wanted done, and went back to work. I was apprehensive as to what I would come home and find. Would the grape juice spill really be gone? What about the marker stains where my 2 year old wanted to draw me a picture on the floor? I opened the door, and was AMAZED! The carpet looked fantastic. I had a written thank you note on my kitchen table. Rug Boyz truly went above and beyond, especially for the price. I'm honestly looking forward to them coming again.
