 + -1 moreCame within a week to write an estimate, but never called or return with quote. Called again to ask if he would give us an estimate and said he would. Never to hear from him. If he was not interested in the job he should be honest and upfront.
Description of Work: Water heater was leaking. Requested a quote to get tankless and replace a toilet.
