Jerome and his crew did a great job. They arrived on time and did all the work in time given. They also left no mess. They cleaned up everything. Love the job they did.

We hired Kruse construction and tree trimming to tear off our shingles and replace with new shingles after hail damaged them. they came in with the lowest bid and said we wouldn't need to pay deductible. were were told it could be completed in an afternoon, but it took two full days, afterwards there was DAMAGE TO A WINDOW WELL COVER, OUR GUTTERS AND SEVeral bushes, plus nails left in gutters and in the yard and gravel driveway. the business owner came over to inspect after we complained, he said the bushes would come back, he would replace the window well cover and replace the gutters with new seamless ones. and bring a magnet to gather all the nails and clean up.  after several phone calls we finally got him to fallow through while fixing the gutters, but it was not with new seamless gutters, instead  the middle section right in the front of the  house was cut out and replaced. our old gutters were looking pretty gray from age so the new shiny white gutter  piece really stuck out and looked like anything but seamless. plus it looked like mud from the replaced piece was splattered on the front of our house and on porch roof which was never cleaned up.  the down spout on the porch was put in front of a decorative pillar even after we specifically asked  for it to run off the side so the pilar would show to the street when we  paint  to show the different carved details.  we finally got tired of crossing our fingers that we wouldn't get nails in our tires so, we purchased large magnets with long handles  and did a sweep of the driveway and yard ourselves. we came up with enough  nails in our ice cream bucket to be about two inches deep. we then got on the porch roof. to clean off the front of the house from the mess that was there after a part of the gutter section was replaced. we were warned by a neighbor not to use this company, but they didn't have any reason except they didn't like the owner I really wish we listened to our neighbor! we did not pay our full bill that summer because even after repeated requests he never came back to fix or clean up anything.we also replaced the window well cover ourselves. the damaged bushes did survive and finally bloomed again two years later. this was the summer of 2011. in January 2012, we received a bill for the remainder of what we didn't pay on the original bill. I called the owner to tell him why we would not be paying it. and he would not listen to me. he kept interrupting and my husband finally took the phone since I wasn't being heard.  My husband said to him you know if your house was left this way you wouldn't be happy either Jason Kruse agreed. and did not ask for the money again.  funny how he would listen to another male but assumed I (a female ) didn't know what she was talking about. we later had a handy man come to look at our house because we were getting a lot of bats in the attic.  the handy man found a large gap where the roof should have met the soffit.  that is how all the bats were getting in out of the cold. courtesy of the shotty work done by kruse construction.

I called them on a Monday, they gave me a free estimate the next morning, and a week from the estimate they performed the work, which only took 5 hours. Were very professional and safe. Would recommend them to anyone!
