Iowa County Electronics Inc Appliance Repair

I called promptly at 8 AM to get the ball rolling and my call was taken. They asked for specifics including my name and address. They later called back to get the model number. I was told somebody would be out at the end of the day at the earliest. A family member took the afternoon off work to be at the house in case somebody showed up but that was a waste of time because not only did nobody show up, nobody even contacted us for over 48 hours. I eventually did get a call back after a few days and the guy didn't seem apologetic in the least for leaving us hanging. While we were mopping the water up off the floor we started taking the fridge apart and just fixed it ourselves.
