I placed several phone calls and left several voice mails, requesting Mr. Stuecker, please come back to our property and finish the job we had already paid for... However, after numerous phone calls and voice mails, and several weeks with no response. I was forced to contact a third party to get in touch with Mr. Stuecker to finish the job! Ironically, after contacting the third party to assist in motivating Mr. Stuecker to finish the job, within a few days, the holes were filled in with dirt and seeded. However, because of the poor quality of grass seed in my estimation, and the process to which they laid the seed, the seed never took, and I had to assume additional expense to seed the holes properly. *I had to personally spend an additional $60 dollars, not too mention time watering, etc, to finish seeding the areas properly! Bottom line, Mr. Stuecker never called me back to let me know where things stood. He never called me back to let us know when he would be completing the seeding process. He never called me back to apologize for anything! We Call It Landscaping, and Mr. Stuecker, never valued our business, our time, or us as customers. In conclusion, we have since hired another landscaping company, Shillers. Troy Scholl
