Paul's Plumbing Heating & Cooling

When I called, the woman that answered really needed some phone etiquette. She answered the phone with a and quot;Helloand quot;, but didn't say that it was Paul's plumbing. I had to ask as this was the first time I'd ever called and she acted like I was putting her out by calling. She asked me a couple questions but when I answered, I heard nothing from her. I asked if she was still there and she replied that she was writing things down. She said she would have someone call me before they came over (didn't give me a day or time) and hung up the phone. I called back the next day to find out when they were planning on coming as I had other things going on and had to leave a message on the machine. The next day (three days from my initial call) the woman called to let me know they would come see me in about an hour. I had to rush home to get there to meet the plumber.
The plumber was very nice and after looking at everything explained what he saw and immediately began to fix the problem. When he was done, he told me we could use the shower the next day, but to keep an eye on it to make sure it wasn't still leaking. He said if it was still leaking that he would come back and may have to cut a hole through our family room ceiling to do further repair. He said that if that happened he could recommend someone to repair the hole in the ceiling, but he hoped it wouldn't come to that.

The whole experience was great. Professionalism, efficient, and value would be the 3 words to describe the whole experience. I had to leave the house while they were working and came back just as they were finishing. They showed me exactly what wad done, the broken piece, and even helped me put the drywall back in so that I could mud and finish it. Highly recommended.

All good. showed up when they said, quick response, quality work. But watch out for the wife/receptionist - not good at customer service!
