Ken Morrison Lumber & Construction

At first call Ken showed up, agreed with us on the type of repair that was needed. He fixed it but then it started leaking in a different area. Called him, left message, he didn't call back. 2 weeks later called again he came by next day did something but next rain day roof leaked again. I called, left message, 1 week goes by I call again he said he will pass by and never did. Another week passed called him no call back. This happen for another month. I started to ask around and I noticed that the people that said he was good were people with projects over $8,000. Everybody else said that he never returned calls or he didnt show up when he said.

First, they forgot about me for a couple weeks until I called back and asked to set up a meeting again. Then someone came out to look at the property and spoke to me at length about the work I wanted done, which was nice and thorough. They were supposed to get back to me again about what we needed to get started and never did. It made me doubt their timeliness and professionalism; if I needed to chase them before we agreed on a contract, how difficult would it be after I've committed to them?
They were highly recommended to me by good friends, who gave them rave reviews on building their whole house and later with a pretty big project. So, I gave them a B because I don't want to wrong them in any way, since their end product seems excellent.

The renovation came out beautifully; he sent a builder and an architect who had some very good ideas for redoing space. They are reliable and easy to work with. The pricing is excellent.
