Owner and two men who did the work were professional prompt and great to work with. They made sure that I got what I wanted. Went the extra mile to waterproof siding by putting extra lining behind seams. Left everything cleaned up when they were done.

They were on time, professional, helpful, pleasant, and on target with the estimate. They were great to work with. We plan to have them bid on another project for us.

They came and got measurements of all windows and discussed options. They sent an estimate later via email. They said it may take 2 days to complete inside work and 1 day to finish up the outside work. They were able to finish the inside in 1 day and came back later and completed the outside in less than 1 day. They worked fast and were thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. I had to replace the windows because of rotten wood and nonfunctioning windows from previous owner. They stained the inside wood to match the existing frame and even matched the outside framing very well. The windows look great and are energy efficient. They even block some of the traffic noise that was loud before replacing the windows. They did a great job. I would definitively recommend this company. I had 1 window that would slide down and wouldn't stay open but they sent somone to fix that, and now it's fine.

Kevin and his crew were the best we could ask for! Although they were a slightly higher estimate for the work we wanted done - there was just an ease in the relationship and we felt very trustworthy of what we were being told - there were no "make more money" feelings and no pushy sales. The crew came in and did exactly what they said they would (they even took care of a huge ant problem we didn't realize we had!)...they were patient when we needed answers and when we needed time to find an answer. The cleanliness was amazing - if it wasn't such a transformation from what we had previously...I'm not sure I would have known they were there:)
There were 2 windows that in transport had the window panes cracked - Kevin called the manufacturer and had them come to our house directly to replace the panes. It happened to be on a date/time we were unavailable - but Kevin came with the manufacturer, made sure the work was done and left.
Windows, Doors and More was an outstanding company to work with and they are definitely on our list of providers to use again in the future!

Kevin Nikkel and his crew of two spent a week installing the windows and replacing the siding during some of the hottest days of the summer, much of the time working from ladders on the second and third levels of our home. They worked hard and cleared up each evening. They were friendly and courteous. Needless to say the job had its problems. During the window replacement it became apparent that water was penetrating the siding and underlying structure, from an elevated deck. We ended up having to take up part of the deck and installing new flashing. Kevin made sure we understood exactly what they were proposing to do and what the extra work would likely cost. After the work was completed he visited us to explain all the items on his bill and make sure we understood what was part of the original installation quote and what were unanticipated costs associated with curing the water penetration problem. The windows look great and match the existing ones perfectly. The siding also matches so well you can hardly tell where it has been replaced and the deck no longer leaks water into the house structure. We would certainly use this company again.
