Townhouse My House

I loved the idea of being able to TownHouse My House. I was ready to pay handsomely for someone who would take all the worry out of my yard work in the summer and snow removal in the winter. Sadly, while this company does perform the tasks I wanted -- they don't seem to take their business very seriously. I had to keep calling them to ask them to do the work they'd agreed to do, they would do work I didn't ask for and bill me for it and over 24 hours after a major snow storm had died down -- my driveway was still buried in snow. I was trying to sell my home, so timely weeding etc. was vital. But every time I turned around -- there were more weeds and I'd need to call them again. I always got the same answer "Oh, he was going to do that later this week." Never an apology -- just excuses. After I expressed my concern that my driveway still wasn't done -- the very next day I got a bill for $85 and a note saying they wouldn't be able to do my driveway in a timely fashion so I'd better find someone else. Apparently, customer feedback is a no no. I have written several reviews here on Angie's List and every one except this one has been complimentary. I like to shout out about the good companies but I also want to warn people to avoid the bad ones. And this one should be avoided!!
