Brandon at The Restoration Company is the way to go if you need mold remediation. He is professional, communicates before, during and after completion of the whole process and is an all around great person to work with. He explains everything very well and is available for any questions you have. He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and his work ethic is top notch, always on time, courteous, etc. We had mold removal in the basement that included a bathroom and areas around the lower level of some of the walls. He also removed the carpeting that needed to go as well as bathroom fixtures. He even took a bed out of the basement that we no longer needed. We are so happy and relieved to have this mold removed from our home and have it feeling so much better and we're so happy we went with Brandon at The Restoration Company!

Brandon did a fantastic job working on our home. He was communicative, easy to work with, and did things the right way. His work was fairly priced and I would gladly have him back to do any job that may come up. If there was a change in the plan or his schedule he would let me know right away and talk through it. He prioritized parts of the job that helped make our kitchen usable quicker. We really appreciated him cleaning up every night before leaving. He even provided some recommendations and feedback on some other project we were thinking of doing around the house that weren't a part of the job we hired him to do. Overall, Brandon's work was great and I'm so thankful we chose him to do the work. He made a job that appeared overwhelming to me look easy.

My company, North Star Properties, just purchased a lake house rental property. As we were conducting renovations on the property, we noticed smell starting to develop in the basement near the downstairs bathroom. After a few weeks, I thought it may be mold. The Restoration Company was recommended by a friend. Brandon from The Restoration Company was friendly, clear, professional, and timely. He updated us every day before he began work and at the end of the day of what he accomplished. I don't live near the property, so I asked for him to also provided pictures via text of his work. Brandon took careful steps to make sure he didn't do more damage to the drywall than necessary while finding the problem area. Not only did he find the mold but he also found over 30 dead mice! He removed all the damage and debris. Then he sprayed a disinfectant that is 100% organic. On top of that, he identified where the mice were coming in (an error in the drywall installation from the previous owners) and then fixed it. I cannot recommend The Restoration Company enough. Not only was their work high quality, but the best customer service I have ever received from a home maintenance contractor (plumber/electrician/lawn care/etc).

We experienced water damage in our home when a water pipe leaked warped the hardwood floor in our kitchen. The Restoration Company was very responsive and quick to react to our problems. Brandon came out and helped us assess the extent of the water damage. They tracked the moisture content in the subfloor, dry wall, carpet, and 2x4s by location and time. They set up fans and came back daily to track data and communicated the results ASAP. After three days they let us know that everything was back to baseline dry. Luckily we didn?t have any mold damage either. I highly recommend TRC for water damage issues. They were professional, friendly, thorough and communicate well.
