They were quick to come out when our A/C quit in the middle of summer.  The issue was quickly identified, and a replacement part was installed.  The technician had us up and running in under an hour.

It was a very pleasant experience.

We have been using Doug for years. He is very professional, on time, thorough, and the only one I will deal with for our heating and cooling. One time we had a problem with our furnace. We had 2 people tell us we had to replace the furnace. Doug came out, found the problem in minutes, and prevented us from paying a lot of money for a new furnace. His assistant is very pleasant to talk to on the phone. I highly recommend using this company.

I've been using them for quite a long time. He takes care of everything and if there is ever a problem, I call him and he is here right away. It is not a big place. He works by himself and he normally doesn't charge as much as some of the heating places in town. He is very responsive and very professional.

I didn't have Doug do any work this particular date.  He just came out to see if he could help figure out how to fix the problem with our finished basement not having enough heat ducts.  He made the trip just to let us know what we could do to fix the problem.  There was no charge.  The work will get done at a future date.

Our heater malfunctioned this morning. Our regular guy was not available but recommended Doug. He called prior the appointment, he was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem.

He's the only one we ever use for our heating & AC system. We have been using him for over 20 years and he is just absolutely fabulous. He's very reasonable, if I have any issues he'll do everything possible to get to me as quickly as possible. His wife is the dispatcher and he's almost a good friend. He's the only one I will use.

I'm a new member on Angie's list, however, I have been using Doug at suburban Heating for years, and have never been displeased by his work. He a small company, has been been in the field for years, and provides a friendly and prompt service. Over the years Doug has become more like a family member then a service provider.

Fast, friendly, professional. One time he was able to jerry-rig the furnace until a part came in, very knowledgable tech. Twice has consulted us not to fix noisy parts on furnace because of cost, so I assume he is honest, too.
