What really makes this a nightmare of an experience is the fact I went with this company because a warranty was given with the service, however, they broke the warranty agreement. For unknown reasons Springer had problems reaching me on my cell phone. At the time I was advised that they would not speak to my girlfriend who not only lives in the house with me, but also shares a bank account with me. When they finally reached me they asked if I could pay money owed, which I said I could, by the end of the month. I ended up being sent to a collection agency before this time period. It makes sense the reason they would do this due to them now saying they are not going to honor the warranty. I ended up paying $684 to a collection agency on their behalf again due to the fact they had problems getting a hold of me when no one else has problems reaching my number. Even on their website there is nothing stating that a late payment would void their warranty, so they seem to think they can just come up with any excuse to not come back to fix a job they didn't do right the first time. I had already paid up front over two thousand dollars. This payment was taken up front, so it is not like I had not paid them before.

He explained what he was doing as he started the work, he is very nice and punctual. Tom was courteous and respectful to me. I am happy with Springer as my pest control provider.

We used them for almost 5 years. Started off very rocky with the first guy who showed up right when we bought the house. He lied to our realtor about the bugs that were found and what he saw the previous owner cleaning (roaches, carpenter ants, etc.). We had stated in our contract that if there was *any* evidence of active carpenter ants then we would not purchase the house, due to a horrible experience at our last house. There were ants and damage and he lied. Luckily, the owner of the company stepped up and took responsibility, so gave us 6 mos. free service. After that settled, it seemed to go well. The second and third technicians that we had did a great job inside and out - removed spider webs, treated thoroughly, etc. The last technician was, unfortunately, extremely overweight and did the most minimal amount of work necessary. Webs weren't removed, traps not checked, etc. A very nice, friendly guy, but I think he was just tired. I stopped our service when we decided to do a whole house remodel and addition. During the demolition process, we found tons of evidence of carpenter ants - both past and active. Which made me very sad since we had already paid them for 5 years to eliminate just that problem. Needless to say, now that the remodel is finished, we have gone with a different company for our pest control.

Everything went well. They took care of our problem and are going to come back every other month.

Each month, the service person showed up without calling or didn't show up at all and still charged us. When we first got the service they did a full inspection and said that we were free of termites. We found out now that we do have termites and have since cancelled our service due to the monthly inconvenience of never knowing when they would show. They told us that they would charge us to take care of the termites (even though they said we didn't have them to begin with). Come to find out, they never looked in the area where the termites are located.

The service is good. The quality of the product is good and the price seems competitive. They do multiple types of pest control. This includes spraying for bugs and repair work. We have not needed any repair work at this time.

They are absolutely wonderful. The are very professional and do a good job. I have been very happy with them.

They're really good. If I see any spiders or anything else they come back out. Their prices are competitive. Their quality of work is excellent.

The experience has been very positive and I will use them again in the future.
