"Customer, I don't believe that had the opportunity to speak with you regarding the problems of your move, as this was the first I heard of it. I'm very sorry that there were issues. If we were late that day it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes if we even were. We were told to be there at 9am per your request and we left our warehouse at 8:30. I apologize about your credit card that was an oversight. Normally on weekends we don't accept credit cards because there is no one here to process them. However, we were trying to accommodate you by accepting it. I do know that I had called you 2 or 3 days prior to the card running to let you know what had happened. I apologize for that inconvenience as that normally does not happen. As for the disorganization of the movers, this is the first I have heard of this as well. The lead mover has been here for 2 years and I have, until this point, never received any type of complaint about him. He goes in and does his work.
