We specialize in flat and low pitched roof installation and repair for residential and commercial buildings. We can give you a free in person evaluation of your roof and make the right recommendation for your unique situation, All of our work comes with a 10-year guarantee and we are fully insured by The Dana Company. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, owner Dave Casey began working in the roofing industry in the early 70's and has perfected his craftsmanship throughout his 30 plus years of working with flat and low pitched roofing. AS SECRETARY OF A CONDO BOARD,  I HAVE WORKED WITH DAVE & HIS CO TO REPLACE OLD ROOFS ON 4 BUILDINGS SINCE 2006.  HIS LAST JOB WAS IN 2010 AND WE HAVE SCHEDULED HIM FOR ANOTHER BUILDING IN 2013 BECAUSE WE LIKE HIS WORK.  HE TORE OFF THE OLD & REPLACED IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER AND IS ALWAYS THERE IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.  HE AND HIS MEN KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN AND CARRY OFF ALL DEBRIS.  HE HAS DONE 3 LARGE BUILDINGS WITH OVER 15 UNITS EACH AND COSTS RAN FROM $40,000 TO $55,000.

This company was incredibly professional. They were courteous, prompt, clean, and committed. Even though we had a relatively small job, Mr. Casey drove out to our home outside Des Moines, looked at the project, and submitted a bid. We made an appointment with them to perform the work within a short period of time. They arrived on time and completed the job the same day at the price quoted. They cleaned up after themselves. A few days later we had some leaking. They came back out to look at the job. Identified where the leak was unrelated to their work and advised us on how to fix it. We've been dry every day since then. I would advise using this company---they were even friendly toward our large dogs.
