In both emergencies, the contractor responded immediately, and visited bright and early the next morning. The crew was knowledgeable and extremely professional, and took pains to ensure that we were well informed on all aspects of the process. After the first incident, in which we had been away for a week and the sitting water had time to mold, they cleaned and disinfected our basement so well that it smelled cleaner and fresher than it had been before our water problems started. And the second time, they let us have the dryers for several extra days without charging us, even though it was my error in not meeting them at the house in time when they were scheduled to pick them up on a Friday. And when they shampooed our basement carpet, they also shampooed our living room just to go the extra mile. Probably the only thing that could have been better was for the carpet layers to come more quickly, but I really can't fault them at all, because it was a time of widespread flooding and the company was completely swamped. Overall, the quality of the work could not have been better, we enjoyed the friendly, professional crew, and our insurance provider agreed that the price they charged was reasonable.
