Orkin Pest Control

They come out about every 2 months. Minus the time we sit there and chit chat when I'm home it only takes about a half an hour. There have never been any issues.

It was an unscheduled service. Orkin has been great. He didn't charge me anything. His name is Dan Clark. When he comes out while I am at work, he has a pass code to the garage so he just comes on in and does the work.  He is very trustworthy and they are licensed and bonded.

Just under a year ago (in October 2011) we had a couple bats in our home so we called Orkin to do the bat exclusion since our home is in a high bat population area. The work has a one year guarantee on it. We were just under that one year guarantee when we had another bat enter the house and I was bit. We caught the bat and turned it into the city for testing and it was positive for rabies (one of 14 in the area this summer already). So, suffice it to say, I called Orkin panicking the next day asking for them to come out and recheck their work. Although they only have one guy who does bat work (Kevin) and he was out on leave because his wife had just given birth to their first child, they offered to get ahold of him at home and see the earliest he could get over here to check everything out. He did and fixed the work in no time and never was their a question of cost. They also extended the one year guarantee on it for another year since I had an incident. They were wonderful to work with.

They come when they are suppose to. They do their work and i don't usually have any problems We had one billing problem but they took care of it for us.

They found some holes and they closed them up from outside. The year before I had an annual policy with them and it was an exclusion policy which cost me about $400. They would come back if there were any mice in the house in the year. I would use them again in the future.

They took care of my initial problem. It seems like they are here and gone in no time, so I wonder if I'm paying what I should be.

I like them. They keep the ants and termites away. They're guarantee makes them stand out as a service. They keep their guarantee and they keep the bugs away.

They got rid of everything, even some snakes I had in my old sun room. I'm phobic about bugs, so I couldn't have any of that. I've been using them for years in other states I've lived in, and they've always gotten rid of all the creep crawlies!
