It went good.I really like them I really like the guy that came out here to put it down I really really liked him a lot. As strange as it might sound all my sisters have tile floors and they have a lot more money too.

The job was to install 3 new toilets and a kitchen faucet set purchased at Lowes. The sales staff we encountered buying the items were great (personable and knowledgeable), albeit a little slow writing the order up. The install had to be done in the following week or we wouldn't have made the purchase. We were assured that it would be, and while it was, it required us to push or it wouldn't have.
We bought on a Sunday morning and despite 2 follow-up calls to Lowes, we didn't hear from an installer till Wednesday afternoon. The intended installer admitted that they couldn't do the job that week, but essentially sat on the order rather than re-informing Lowes (I presume). The intended installer tried to talk us out of having the job done that week, we said no that we'd just cancel the purchase. The intended installer said to let them call Lowes first, they did, and then about 30 minutes later a second installer called and said he'd be out the next morning.
The second installer showed up on time and ultimately got the job done after approximately 4 hours of effort (took a long time). I believe he was a handyman/generalist rather than a plumber which I presumed we were getting. He had to re-do one installation that was done incorrectly. The original incorrect installation was apparently done as an expediency because the correct installation required more work--but I noticed it (thankfully before he left) and asked for it to be done right.
We like the store, and the price for these items (and installs) was very good, but the scheduling hassles, and the training level of the installer made it a so-so deal.

Lowes is our perferred hardware store. If we need anything hardware related Lowes is our first choice.

I scheduled a morning delivery and they said they would be there before noon. I called to ask where I was on the schedule on the day of the delivery and they would not or could not tell me. At 12:03 they arrived. I had a really bad feeling about this, but decided to go ahead with the delivery. The main person was very rude and cussed and yelled during the whole process. They delivered it, but did not hook up the vent, and said they did not have the part. I told them to go ahead and take it back, since I could not use it without a vent. He looked at me like I was speaking Japanese. Then, the other person said he had a vent hose. They installed this. After they left, I noticed the door opened the wrong way. They didn't even change the door. I had to figure this out using the manual. Now, 18 months later the thing died. From the point of payment on, they were disrespectful of my schedule, rude, verbally abusive, incompetent, late. No way will I call them for the repair, and I would never buy from them again. They left me hanging out to dry with both the dryer and the delivery of the dryer.

It went fine. The company showed up on time, did the work professionally, and answered all our questions. We would definitely use Lowe's again. If fact, we are considering using them to replace our kitchen cupboards.

My husband was staining the windows, and he noticed two little nailheads coming. The Pella people came out and replaced that section of the window. Lowe's told us that Pella likes to take care of their products themselves.

I am going to have some red and ripened tomatoes in a couple of days as the seeds took off. They were very helpful and loaded it in my vehicle. I really appreciated them for that.

Lowe's flooring dept. was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation team was on time, very pleasant, efficient, and cleaned up their messes during installation. The rooms look beautiful. Quality work. Lowe's requires their installers to pass certain quality tests, and be fully insured to work for them. I've heard that some of Lowe's competitors do not require this quality check.
