We called Lenz for a furnace repair. Scott showed up right on time, explained the problem thoroughly, completed the repair timely, and was very friendly. Will definitely use Lenz again!

Very pleased with the new furnace and cost savings. Job did not go as smoothly as it could have however. Old furnace was still running but making loud clunk at ignition. Called and spoke with Al, he came out right away and diagnosed my old unit with a cracked heat exchanger. Plausible, since it was about 17 yrs old, and advised us it was not safe. Was early spring and not terribly cold so ran on space heaters for the 2 days or so until it was to be replaced. Day before scheduled work, got a call that the crew was sick and install had to be postponed. It happens, but then it happened again and temps were dropping below freezing - was told at that time the old unit was ok to turn back on.....hmm. Day of install, crew was on time and did a professional job. Didn't see any cracks on the exchanger when it was sitting in my drive, but again, my bills are lower and I'm ok with the replacement costs. Took over 2 months however to receive my MidAm rebate, along with another call to Al when I found MidAm hadn't even received it after 6 weeks. Grade for me is B-. Perhaps more staff/office support would relieve the issues I ran into?

My initial call for a price quote was returned within 30 minutes. Al Lenz, the owner, was at my home within 24 hours to assess my needs and to provide recommendations and his price quote. Al was very diligent in answering the many questions regarding the units available and what made the most sense based on need and cost of the products. The installation was scheduled and took place the following week. His technician’s arrived on time, were very polite and professional. The install took a day and a half to complete; the technicians were personable and interacted with my daughter who was curious about what they were doing. The technician’s advised us of where cables and or piping needing to be changed, rerouted or upgraded to ensure my husband and I agreed. I appreciate the technician’s wore shoe covers when inside the home to preserve my flooring.
It is the small details that make a company great, the owner followed up with me the day before the install to answer any questions and or concerns I had and the day after completion to ensure I was satisfied with their service. The unit I previously had was the former homeowners therefore; this was my first experience at replacing a furnace and central air unit. I am thankful to have partnered with such a great company and will ensure I refer them to anyone who is in need of this type of service.

They gave an accurate estimate, were on time and did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and nice people. I'm completely satisfied. They were about half the cost of the big name HVAC company in town and installed identical equipment.

I called them in the late morning after another company had given me a way too high bid. They showed up a few hours later and gave me an acceptible time and materials quote. He left to get the parts and was back an hour later and began work. Took him about an hour and everything looked good. He was very professional and just got the job done right. Quality of work was very good. It wasn't until after the new washer was installed did we notice that the water pipes were maing a lot of noise. I was able to quickly address it by adding another board behind the pipes with a few straps that took care of it.
