All went well as could be. Out of town rental property for me and everything handled by phone and email.

It went well. He was friendly and talkative, which was necessary, but wasn't a bad thing per se. He knew what he was doing, was on time, and I trusted what he was saying. The fact he wasn't a perfectly polished professional didn't bother me, I actually kind of liked it, but will save the A ratings for those (although you probably over pay for them). Thanks for helping me out, I'll be calling again in the future if I have plumbing problems!

Very happy with the service. I live out of state and the house where the service was done is a rental. I called and made an appointment. They gave me a window of time they'd be there. They showed up at that time. They called me afterwards to let me know the work was done and to collect payment. I appreciate them allowing me to pay by credit card over the phone. They took the phone numbers of the tenants and called them in advance to let them know they'd be arriving soon.

Very professional, efficient, and cost effective.  Even tightened up the spigot outside the house which leaked when turned all the way up.  Highly recommend their services.

I'd heard good things about Leaky Pipes.  My neighbor had been pleased with their work.  Mary scheduled appointment for a Thursday for Mike to come pull toilet and pedestal sink in basement bathroom.  I had a floor guy scheduled for the next day and if he found problems with the concrete under the flooring, Mike had me penciled in for repair on the next Monday, otherwise he would set the stool and toilet back. 



Floor guy was a no show and I began to desperately find someone.  Mike took pity on me and offered that his son and he could work on it at nights when his son was off work.  They gave me a bid of $200 for the flooring part.  (I already knew there would be a couple of hours for the toilet/stool pull and replace).  When they got the floor torn up, there were issues with the concrete underneath and another layer of flooring that needed removed for the new floor to look good.  They leveled up the concrete, placed the new flooring down and set the stool and sink back in.  It's gorgeous!  It was a bit more than the estimate, but they did a lot of work and had to purchase some unplanned materials to do the job.  Great work and I so appreciate them covering my back!!

Mike came to give me an estimate within 24 hours of my call. We made an appointment for a week later when he showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up extremely well and came in $100.00 under estimate.

He was very professional, prompt, cleaned up and was helpful about explaining services.
