+ -1 moreI would never rent a property from this company again, and would recommend that no one else does either. They have a lot to learn about what property management involves.
Description of Work: This is a property management company, which from our experience with them since the day we moved in, does not know the meaning of what property management entails. We have had issues since the day we moved in, with getting repairs done or in a timely manner. Response time to maintenance needs is very poor, if they do respond or even understand the issue. If you are going to be a property management company, make sure you have staff who know their position and have a large enough maintenance team to manage your properties.
