Iowa title has given us A-1 service for over 5 years now, given a choice I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Description of Work: Iowa title provides us with updates on all of the properties that we buy and sell. They build new abstracts, update current abstracts, and provide title searches and certificates. Then they forward them to our attorney for examination. They can either pick up the abstracts from our office or take them via delivery at their office in West Des Moines.
