I'm grateful. Things are not always correct the first time - they have always been willing to "make it right." For instance, we ordered a large glass shower enclosure door with three hinges. It arrived with just two hinges, which was standard at the time. Our door was wider than usual. They redid the work, no questions asked.

I really appreciated Tracy's professionalism and knowledge. A custom piece of tub glass is pretty expensive. I appreciated the workmanship by the installers, as well. One of the mirrors had a small chip that "bugged" me every time I came in the room. They replaced it without question.
