The entire inspection took less than an hour, and only cost around 40 bucks.  Assuming they actually did what I paid them for (that's a pretty quick inspection according to some), that was far shorter than expected, and at a far better cost.  Definitely left the shop with a smile on my face (the car was in excellent condition), which isn't something that happens everyday (walking away from a garage that just worked on your car with a smile on your face).

They said to bring one in at 12:30 and the other at 1pm. That was fine. We took the first car in at 12:30 and it was ready on time. We took our 2nd vehicle in and went back a half an hour later, and it wasn't done. They hadn't even moved it into the garage yet. They said it would be another hour before they could get to it.
We had another engagement to get to as that was the reason why we called to make an appointment so it would be in and out in 30 mins.
The employees were rude and unprofessional, did not have the courtesy to call and let us know they were running behind. We called their customer service line and we were told a Manager would get back to us within 24 hours. 48 hours later and still no call so we called them again.

Got it with very little advance notice (called earlier in day) and time it took was less than an hour.

I had purchased 4 new tires a few months prior and one of them had a defect. After going back two times to have them check the tire and put air in it they discovered the tire was bad and did finally replace it. The only thing that bothered me was that it took awhile for them to discover it was a bad tire. But they were very kind and did replace the tire for free.

I dropped car off in morning without calling ahead and they got it in right away and called within the hour and it was done.

Very friendly service and tires have been great.

They know us and know our vehicles. They do a great job for us.
