The other reason for having them come out was to provide an estimate on replacing our 2 garage doors with ones with windows and of a different color. Measurements were taken and a promise to get back to me by end of day was made (I fully expected a response in a couple days).
The problem is that they never called me or provided me with the quote. I called the next day and left a polite voicemail with the receptionist who promised (again, unsolicited) response by end of day. The call never came. I called back again the following day and the same results. Still no answer. I called a third time and asked that I please get a response in the next 48 hours (double their supposed turnaround time). Still no answer.
That was 3 weeks ago and I still have no quote or returned call - not that I really want one now.
