An electric company employee gave me the name of an Insulation Engineers rep, and told me I would be contacted to schedule the work. After a month, I called and was told that I was supposed to have contacted them, and they were too busy to do any work until a month later. A month later I did receive a call, and the work was scheduled for the next morning. I was not given any scheduling options, and was told that things were so busy that this was my 'one chance'. After the appointment was rescheduled twice in a row (resulting in me being late for work twice), they did show up and did a very good job. There was then a further delay in getting the paper work I needed to file the rebate. Just when I thought I was all done, I get another confusing phone call from the rep trying to schedule the work that was completed a week before! At one point, I was also told that I was not informed of a rescheduled appointment because they were "letting me sleep in". Very unprofessional communication.
