I feel 100% positive you will see a different experience. Some times things just don't go well and and that was one of those odd days. I offered you a chance to turn things around and will still offer you that again. I am terribly sorry you experienced that."
She got very little done in that extra hour. She cleaned my half bath and my microwave and dusted a few things. I was even more mad when I came home and found that she did not clean my ceiling fans or my showers. My daughter's book case was covered in dust. What was she doing upstairs for 3 1/2 hours? I have no clue. So I sent the owner an email saying that now that I had seen her "work" to my house I was unhappy with it Her response to me was that not everything can be cleaned when using a Deal CHicken and that she hires quality employees and offered me 15% off the next cleaning. Yeah, I passed on that. There is no way I would spend any more money with this company. If she knew this employee was slow and new she should have sent someone else to do the work with her. She also should have sent someone else out to do a better job after my complaints. I was not asking for anything out of the ordinary. Dusting, vaccumming, mopping, toilets, showers, wiping everything down. Things that have always been completed in 4 hours. I don't know if she decided I wasn't worth it because i had a deal or if this is how she treats all of her customers but I would never recommend her.
"It is too bad that a couple of angry customers that are not pleasable can post on this site and can try to ruin it for the business. I am the owner and tried everything possible at that time to make the customer happy. I would challenge everyone to rethink this post as we have very happy customers that are overly pleased with our work. If you hires us to try us and don't experience that I will give you a free clean. I feel that confidently that we do awesome work!!!"
