As college-educated ISA-certified arborists, business owners Scott Bailey and Dylan Kimsey will assist property owners in determining the correct course of action for each tree with an eye toward what is the best outcome for the tree and the environment. I phoned them on Saturday, the day after a holiday, after realizing my yew bushes were being eaten by deer. I also knew that oak trees can only be trimmed in the winter and wondered if they could take care of both items in one trip. My phone call was promptly and politely returned. Both owners came to my home to do a walk around and an estimate. Since the deer fencing was an urgent need they said they could work me into their schedule on Monday.
Scott and Dylan arrived on time and together. They were both very professional, polite and worked together well as a team. They completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time (and in the freezing cold). They charged me for their time and passed on the fence material cost to me without a mark up.
The entire job went very smoothly from start to finish. I appreciated their quick responsiveness to my needs. They were careful not to step on or damage my plants as they worked. Everything was picked up and cleared at the end. They provided quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend them and would hire Bonsai Tree Care again.
