Excellent! Tyler was the only contractor we contacted who was punctual with his quotes and showed up exactly when he said he would.
We used mosaic tile on both fireplaces and they look terrific! We get lots of comments about how great they look.

Tyler did the measurements and did not order enough tile. Because he did not know what he was working with. Tyler and his people did not use DROP CLOTHS, SCRATHCING newly refinished wood floors ( he was aware of). Installed part of the tile and left BROKEN TILE, CROOKED TILE with absolutely no room for grout. TYLER WAS SO VIOLENT OVER THE PHONE AND IN OUR HOME ! WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE!

"In our 14 years of business, we have not had an experience like this. This customer not only refused to pay us a DIME, she had us remove fresh partial backsplash tile. She later told us she did not pay that person either. She ordered and picked up her own materials so if we ran short, we used what she provided. We set a meeting to try to make it right and she began using profane language and said the “F” word was her favorite word. When we left the job site, we took photos and there were no broken tiles or holes. We have all emails and photos on file. They did not pay for any work that was done which was ¾ of the backsplash and that it just not right. We are a bonded and insured company and now we require a deposit to begin any size job because of situations like this."

He was an A+ across the board. He was excellent, professional, on time, went out of his way to come back and finish the job, dependable, and did a great job. I had no complaints whatsoever! Would recommend him and I will use him again in the future!
