We originally contacted Rick based on a recommendation from a previous contractor. He gave us an estimate, and told us when he would be available to start. He figured the materials we would need so we were able to pick out what we wanted and have everything ready. Rick and his son, Justin, arrived promptly on the scheduled start date and worked steadily for 3 days until everything was finished. They were careful to keep as much of the mess out of the house as possible. Our new stair railing look great and are very sturdy. Every part blended in well with our existing stairs. Rick spent a little more time than originally anticipated and made a couple of trips for extra materials, but did not charge beyond his original estimate. These two were very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely contact them again for any work needed.
